Here are a few things to try if you have not received a verification code to your email.

• Check your spam or junk folder. The code commonly ends up here.
• Make sure you have clicked the "VERIFY" button after you enter your email.
• Confirm that you entered your email correctly.
• Be sure that you click the bubble at the bottom of the page “Accept terms and conditions “

• Download the Guard Viewer App

• Create a account: Click ‘Sign up’
• You will be asked to choose a region (United States) & to enter your email (Please use the same Email you provided us at check in)
• Click the ‘Verify’ button
• A verification code will now be sent to the email you provided. (Check your spam folder if not showing up in your inbox)
• Enter your verification code & create a password
• your account is now set up. Please text us @ (609) 626-0588 with your dogs namw and confirm the email you used to set up your account. We will then give you access to the cameras on the Guard Viewer app and will reply via text when you are all set to load the cameras.
• Once you recieve our text access the camera by clicking on the 3 lines in the upper left corner
• Click "Devices", then Click on the box that says "My Device" (If no box appears you may have to refresh the page in order for the box to pop up...drag your finger down on the page to refresh)
• Once the box is clicked a menu will appear. Click on "Start Live View" *if the cameras do not all automatically load click on the plus + sign then "my devices" to load them each manually
• You can now scroll through the cameras or enlarge your pups room by double clicking.
